This product is also said to have completed skin allergy testing. In fact, it seems easy to use without irritation. You have to actually apply this to know how it feels. Perhaps because it is a bubble, it is different from regular toner in that it is absorbed into the skin. When your skin is very dry like the current weather, apply it on a piece of cotton. I use it. It soaks in without a greasy feeling and leaves your skin with a subtle shine. I like that there is no fragrance or silicone in all the ingredients.
